Test de-registration Faculty of Humanities

Use the form below to deregister for a partial or final test at the Humanities faculty. Once you have completed the form, you will receive a an email confirming your test deregistration.

After you have filled in the form

As soon as you have completed the form, please forward the confirmation mail to the course coordinator to confirm you are not taking the test. You may delete the reason for your absence. You can find the course coordinator's name in Osiris.
If you have proof of absence for a digital exam, you submit this by email to your Study Advisor, no later than 5 days after your deregistration. Please include your name - programme - student number - course name - course code.
Contact the course coordinator as soon as possible to request a resit possibility. If you meet the requirements for repair, the course coordinator will inform you. The course coordinator will determine the form, content and date of the test.
