What is the deadline for submitting this request?

The request must be received by Utrecht University by September 30th, 2025.

What happens after you submit this request?

A student counsellor will review your request and advise the head of the Central Student Administration as soon as possible, though always within 3 weeks. The head of the CSA will then decide.

If an objection or appeal is upheld after 1 August 2025 and it is determined that a Certificate of Admission should be issued to the candidate, that Certificate of Admission will apply to the 2026-2027 academic year.
