Your application can only be considered when these items have been filled in.
The invoice for the course fee/no-show fee should be send to:

As of 2019, all courses organised by the PhD Course Centre will be offered for free to PhD candidates, provided they are registered with the Graduate School of Life Sciences via Hora Est.
However, a no-show fee will be charged to PhD candidates that cancel their application within 4 weeks prior to the start of the course as well as to PhD candidates that are not present during the course meetings.
If you wish to fill out a kostenplaatsnumber/WBS number, we ask PhD candidates whether their supervisor agrees with the PhD candidate taking a specific course or workshop.
WBS / Kostenplaats number:
WBS numbers are billing codes used by the faculties of Veterinary Medicine and Science. UMC Utrecht and the Hubrecht Institute use Kostenplaats numbers.

Only completely filled in applications will be considered.
Course application is not equal to course placement. We strive for sending an email concerning the status of your application within two weeks.
If the maximum number of participants is reached, you will be placed on a waiting list.
Each course requires a minimum number of participants. At the latest two weeks before the start of the course applicants will be notified if the course continues.
If you cancel your application within four weeks before the start of the course or if your are not present at the course meeting(s) you(r department / research group) will be charged a no-show fee (amount stated on course webpage). This policy applies to all participants. No exceptions can be made.
