Toelichting: Er is sprake van een detachering als je tijdelijk in het buitenland werkt voor een ander bedrijf of instelling. Gedurende deze tijdelijke detachering blijft de arbeidsovereenkomst met de eigen werkgever in stand. Het is niet relevant of de 'ontvangende werkgever' betaalt voor de detachering.
Explanatory note: Secondment is when you are temporarily working abroad for another company or institution. During this secondment, the employment contract with your own employer will be maintained. It is irrelevant whether the 'receiving employer' pays for the secondment. |

Als je 6 weken of langer naar het buitenland gaat, dan kan de Personeels- en Salarisadministratie (PSA) een beoordeling doen waar je sociale zekerheids- en belastingplicht liggen. Je ingevulde gegevens zullen daarom worden doorgestuurd naar de salarisadministratie.
De PSA zal je een formulier toesturen, zodat je hulp kan krijgen bij het beoordelen van je situatie. Het is je eigen verantwoordelijkheid om een beoordeling van je situatie te laten doen. Meer informatie over de gevolgen van wonen en/of werken in het buitenland, vind je hier.
If you go abroad for 6 weeks or more, the payroll administration (PSA) can assess where your social security and tax obligations lie. Therefor your data will be forwarded to the payroll administration.
The PSA will send you a form to help assess your situation. It is your responsibility to have this assessment done. More information about the consequences of living and/or working abroad can be found here. |
